In Idukki, cardamom grows beneath a canopy of rain, shade and deep green hills. We work directly with estate growers who know each harvest by hand, bringing their finest 8mm+ pods to you without a chain of middlemen.
Our pods stay naturally unpolished and uncoloured. They are sorted, sealed at peak aroma and sent on their way just as the estate intended: honest, fragrant and unmistakably from Idukki.
